Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the TrackQR mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

TrackQR uses Google Firebase Authentication to manage accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at Kenneth.smith@sbcglobal.net of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App to harass, surveil, or track individuals without consent.
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the App or its services.

TrackQR is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackQR and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
